Painter Helper TEMP-TO-PERM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Helper to join our Paint Shop team in a chemical processing plant focused on the Aerospace Industry. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, painting, and finishing of aerospace components while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is an entry-level position, offering hands-on training and opportunities for growth within the company. shift: No Degree Required
Performs set-up for painting, fills out and maintains paperwork, coordinates
workflow with painters and performs other paint shop responsibilities.
● Utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written
Detect and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations to
Maintains written and Visual Manufacturing records.
