As an Operational Buyer you will focus ontactical executionofprocurement strategies setforthbycorporatecommodity management andbased on commodityalsoact as strategic buyer to develop and implement sourcing strategies and execute negotiations for theassigned material field.You will focus on internal customers and partners whocan’tbe successful without your contribution,timelinessand transparency. How You’ll Make an Impact

Collaborate with global/local commodity management and material planning teams to optimize procurement planning, alignment, and execution.

Manage sourcing activities, including RfQs, supplier evaluations, technical clarifications, total cost analysis, negotiations, and supplier selection.

Oversee purchase order lifecycle management, ensuring timely execution, order confirmations, quality compliance, and supplier performance.

Implement procurement strategies for assigned commodities, including pricing, supplier mix, vendor onboarding, lead times, and budget performance management.

Lead supplier and stakeholder coordination on technical, contractual, logistics, transportation, customs, and claim management matters.

Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, data quality, and supplier base performance while achieving KPIs related to savings, on-time delivery, claims, and process quality.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in direct purchasing, material requirements planning, or comparable supply chain role.

Experience in manufacturing or power generation environments, with proficiency in SAP procurement ("Buy") modules and advanced Excel-based data analysis.

Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and drive results.

Demonstrated capability in strategic thinking, continuous process improvement, and supporting operational excellence initiatives.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
