Handyman

As a CBRE Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. We are hiring for all three shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd).

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.

Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.

Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Handyman is $45,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Handyman role is $60,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
