Head of Programme Management

You'll sit within Zoom's Global Partner Program team and work alongside a dynamic cross-functional group spanning channel account management, channel sales engineering, channel operations, and professional services. Manage partner issues and escalations end-to-end — owning corrective action plans and driving them through to resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Channel Sales Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Compliance to support program execution and governance.

Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs that reflect program health, partner performance, and overall business impact.

3+ years of experience building or managing partner programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to influence and drive change across functional and business boundaries.
• Strong financial and operational acumen — you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the details.
