The Cook prepares and presents high-quality food according to restaurant standards. This role coordinates with other kitchen staff, manages multiple orders, and ensures proper food handling and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service

Follow recipes and adjust cooking times as needed

Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation of dishes

Coordinate timing with servers and other kitchen staff

Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies

Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations

Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations

Assist with training and supervising kitchen staff as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cook or chef in a commercial kitchen

Ability to work all stations and prepare a variety of dishes

Knowledge of food safety and culinary techniques

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
