Part Time Custodian (personal de limpieza)

This position is for custodial services at a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, only members of the Church who are endowed and have a current temple recommend qualify for employment for this specific position. Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.

Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

A cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Clean and maintain building interiors, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, and glass surfaces

Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using appropriate tools and equipment

Properly use and handle chemical cleaners and cleaning solutions according to established procedures

Dust furniture, walls, light fixtures, and other surfaces

Clean and service restrooms, including restocking supplies

Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials

Maintain janitorial closets in a neat and orderly condition and ensure equipment is in good order

Request and maintain adequate cleaning supplies and equipment

Notify supervisors or management of maintenance needs, safety concerns, or repair issues

Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards

Required: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
