Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

The Parts Administrator at Velocity Vehicle Group plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory control and ensuring efficient operations within our parts department. As a Parts Administrator, you will perform clerical duties related to inventory control, reconcile schedules and reports, and handle routine administrative paperwork.

Posting invoices to inventory control system

Reconciling all cash drawers

Generating, maintaining, and monitoring cash schedules and inter‑branch cash schedules

Submitting parts tickets for pricing, status, and lead time

Managing parts orders

Processing returns of excess parts

Monitoring schedule for credit on returned excess parts

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in performing routine administrative paperwork

Database management skills, clerical, word processing, and/or office skills

Base Pay: $20-$26/Hourly (depending on experience and qualifications)
