Security Professional - Driving Patrol

As a Security Officer Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a driving Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site partners while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, building exteriors, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.

report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.

Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
