What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
Conduct physical exams and health assessments, including preventive care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests; coordinate referrals as needed
Educate patients on health maintenance and self-care strategies
Supervise and train healthcare staff, delivering educational sessions and in-service training
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and government protocols
Support multiple military treatment facilities across Colorado including Fort Carson and nearby bases
What You Need
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited school
ECFMG certification for foreign-trained physicians
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency
Valid, unrestricted medical license
24+ months of recent Family Medicine practice/training
Proficiency in English
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred:
Board certification by ABMS or AOA
Experience in military or federal healthcare setting
Proficiency with EMR systems
Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS
