Welder- Energy Manufacturing

Purpose of Role: The Welder will be responsible for heavy fabrication and repair work, specifically on large mining buckets and related industrial equipment. They should have a strong background in welding thick materials, structural components, and wear parts, with a focus on safety, precision, and durability.

MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding on large scale mining buckets and heavy equipment components. Conduct structural repairs, rebuilds, and modifications using appropriate welding techniques

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols

Mechanical Aptitude: Operate heavy-duty fabrication tools including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters.

Quality Inspection: Inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications as determined by blueprints

Must pass a welding test to be considered for hire
