Construction Assembler

The Assembler I is responsible for safely assembling equipment by following detailed instructions from Supervisors and Group Leaders. These assemblies vary in size and product while requiring the use of a variety of mechanical, electrical, and manual tools. As an Assembler I, this role has the job knowledge and skills to work in every station proficiently on an assembly line with the ability to troubleshoot various components of a machine.
Assemble parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics onto JLG products utilizing safe and proper tools and techniques.
Assist training new team members on processes and equipment functions. Demonstrate best practices to follow all safe procedures in assembling and testing of all models/products in assigned job function.
Demonstrate ability to operate all units produced in assigned job function.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to drive and test machines OR conduct offline inspection on all machine in assigned facility.
