Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle

Administer therapy treatment to program participants according to a Patient Plan of Care

Assure all program participants receive scheduled therapy treatments and document therapy sessions

Perform supervisions every 6‑8 weeks

Perform active, passive, and/or resistive therapeutic exercises, utilizing general therapy principles with program participants

Train program participants in homebound and community level, including endurance training

Maintain a good working knowledge of therapy equipment and therapeutic exercise treatments

Confer with health‑care members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate program participant information for modifying and coordinating current treatment program; participate in treatment planning with the team as requested

Take inventory of current therapy equipment and confer with department regarding status and future needs; Valid Kansas PT license

Ability to maintain a confidential working relationship

Good personal organizational skills
