Miami Lakes, FL Job Type: Full-Time (1099) Practice Setting: Outpatient / Rehabilitation Clinic / Home Health Schedule: Flexible Schedule | 5 Days per Week
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Note: We work with Medicaid and require clinicians to be capable of performing evaluations and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Patients across various age groups with conditions related to orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological disorders, and mobility impairments.
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
Active or eligible state Physical Therapist license.
Pediatrics experience Required
Ability to evaluate patients and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or home health settings preferred.
