Head of Law (Planning)

Lead the plant-level Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for PSI Bearings Division. Translate the financial sales plan and customer demand into one buildable, capacity-aligned operating plan expressed in units, earned hours, material requirements, supplier and OSP capacity, inventory, and resource needs. Drive cross-functional readiness across Operations, Materials, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and outside processing to support customer commitments and profitable growth.
Convert the financial sales outlook, backlog, and customer demand into a rolling buildable plan by product family or value stream.
Translate demand into units, earned hours, labor, equipment, tooling, material, supplier, and OSP requirements.
Integrate material availability, long-lead items, supplier capacity, and OSP lead times into the operating plan.
Partner with Finance to reconcile operational capability with the financial outlook and quantify impacts to revenue, margin, inventory, and working capital.
Improve planning standards, master data, analytics, metrics, and visibility to strengthen plan stability and execution readiness.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain, materials, demand planning, capacity planning, production planning, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience translating demand or financial plans into executable production, capacity, material, and resource requirements.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MS) in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP Preferred).
