Ethos Brand Studio is a Boston-based brand and web design studio that partners with thoughtful, purpose-driven businesses to build brands that are not just seen and heard, but felt. With a deep belief in the power of strategy, storytelling, and intentional design, we help our clients clarify their message, elevate their presence, and connect with the people they're here to serve.
We're a small, collaborative fully remote team that leads with empathy, values quality over quantity, and believes great work comes from thoughtful partnerships.
Ethos Brand Studio is looking for a Social Content Creator to bring two of our clients to life on Instagram. You'll work closely with our Managing Director, who leads social strategy and client communication, to turn each brand's story into content people stop scrolling for.
This role is perfect for a creative, organized content creator who loves the making side of social and takes pride in polished, on-brand work. We're looking for someone with a strong visual eye, a natural writing voice, and reliable follow-through.
This is a part-time, hourly contract role running October through December 2026, with room to grow into 2027.
Edit short-form Reels from client photos and video
Design on-brand carousels, single-image posts, and Stories
Schedule posts and keep each account's content calendar on track
Respond to comments and DMs, and engage with relevant accounts
Share simple monthly performance notes on what's working
2+ years creating Instagram content for brands or small businesses (agency or freelance)
Strong short-form video skills, with Reels that hold attention
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
A clear, natural writing voice you can flex across different brands
Comfortable working with remote teams and integrating feedback thoughtfully (bonus if you're familiar with Asana)
Bonus: based near Boston and available for occasional on-site shoots
Bonus: an eye for interiors, outdoor spaces, or home and lifestyle content
This is an hourly contractor role, starting at $40-$45/hour depending on experience. On-site shoots, if needed, are scoped and paid separately.
