Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas including tickets to our Facilities team

Help replenish necessary stock.

Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems in the restaurant to follow all procedures and protocols.

Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.

Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient equipment maintenance of the restaurant. The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
