RN - Temporary - Night Shift

RN Post Acute LTC - NIGHTS

Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

The RN partners with our residents and other care providers to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment by providing direct and indirect care. Units include 3 East, a specialized unit working with Alzheimer's/dementia residents; the Transitional Rehabilitation Unit, which provides short-term, skilled nursing and rehab services; and 3 West, a long-term care unit offering home-like care.

Employ verbal and non-verbal communication techniques for Alzheimer's/dementia care

Provide skilled nursing services including IV therapy and wound care

Associates in Nursing with valid State of Maine or compact RN license

• 1-3 years of previous RN experience preferred
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed and to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days per week
