The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to include managing schedules, communications, travel, correspondence, personal errands, and projects to enhance executive productivity, enabling the CEO to focus on high level leadership, strategy, and company goals. This role goes well beyond traditional administrative support. It includes meeting and event coordination, corporate and legal documentation, and law enforcement liaison work.

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to serve as the trusted right hand to our President & Chief Executive Officer. This is an opportunity to become a strategic business partner who helps drive organizational success.

As the Executive Assistant, you'll provide executive-level support that enables the CEO to focus on leading the company. You'll manage critical priorities, coordinate executive initiatives, and build relationships across every level of the organization.

Managing the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities

Serving as a trusted gatekeeper for communications, correspondence, and executive requests

Manage personal errands on the CEO's behalf, so the CEO can stay focused on corporate matters.

Preparing executive presentations, reports, Board materials, and briefing documents

Drafting professional communications on behalf of executive leadership

Managing confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

Acting as the primary liaison for law enforcement requests while coordinating closely with Legal Counsel

Building relationships with government agencies and community partners

Managing executive projects from planning through execution

Serving as the eyes and ears for the CEO, keeping them apprised of activities, concerns, and noteworthy situations across the organization.

Skilled at building relationships across all levels of an organization

Available and responsive outside of normal working hours as needed to support the CEO, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on departmental and company needs.

High school diploma or GED

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in government relations, advocacy, or public policy

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), Certified Legal Assistant (CLA), or similar professional certification
