Overnight Valet Parking

The Parking Attendant will play a vital role in creating a First-Class Guest Experience for all guests. This position helps ensure the smooth and efficient flow of traffic into and out of designated parking areas around State Farm Stadium. This role involves providing friendly, helpful service, offering direction, and ensuring safe and organized lot operations. This Position will be outdoors working in all weather conditions.
Quickly and efficiently guide guests using hand signals or lighted poles in and out of parking locations.
The Parking Ambassador will assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment in their lot , which may include barricades, signs, cones, or other equipment in compliance with the traffic management program.
Monitor parking lot activity and escape any concerns to parking leads if necessary.
Must be at least 16 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (U nless currently enrolled )
Preferred customer service or equivalent experience in high volume environment or another similar industry experience
Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
