Schedule: Full-Time

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Millersburg, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a meaningful impact through hands-on, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do: Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance independence, safety, and daily functioning

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective rehabilitation outcomes

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques to support continued progress

What You’ll Bring: Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Pennsylvania

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
