PURCHASING BUYER (Part-Time)

The primary purpose of this job is to manage the purchase and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and services which have been issued for purchase.

Purchase material, components, supplies and services as needed. This includes issues PO, PO managing price, QTY, specifications, delivery date and terms
Supplier relationship, call supplier, pull in request, order acknowledgements, providing accurate delivery dates to supply chain team and updating ERP
Inventory management for items under his/her responsibility, bring right part, right QTY, right time.
Maintain accurate open order, balances, pricing, delivery dates
Solving receiving issues, missing documents, discrepancies, quality concerns etc
Monitor supplier performance
Coordinates with internal departments about purchasing request, engineering request, production request, R&D request, etc
Education / Training / Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Strong computer skills.
