Warehouse Person (Evenings)

The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for performing warehousing duties in the SAP system including goods receipt, material put away, component inspection, cycle counting, staging and picking of materials for production. Assist in other departments as needed.

This position is for a second-shift operator (Hours: 1:30pm to 10:00pm).

Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Performs daily routine tasks: receives, stores, picks, packs, ships and/or distributes materials while performing real-time transactions in SAP ERP system.

Performs cycle counts and other inventory transactions.

Performs initial quality check on incoming product.

Maintains shipping and receiving materials by checking stock to determine inventory levels.

Utilizes motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies and equipment as instructed. May operate a forklift.

Loads and unloads trucks and other distribution channel storage and transportation containers.

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Related shipping/receiving experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products preferred.

Must be able to be forklift-certified and have a clean driving record.

Microsoft and Excel familiarity, SAP experience is plus.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.20 to $29.13 at the time of posting. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
