Physician - Academics - Nephrology - Nephrologist

SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group and Saint Louis University School of Medicine are seeking a Clinical Nephrologist to join its faculty. This role offers the opportunity to practice general nephrology while contributing to the education and mentorship of medical trainees in a collaborative academic environment.
Responsibilities Provide state-of-the-art general nephrology care, including: Serving as attending physician on inpatient nephrology consult teams in the high-acuity SSM-SLUH hospital
Caring for patients with kidney disease in the Nephrology outpatient clinic in the Center for Specialized Medicine
Supervising the care of chronic dialysis patients in outpatient dialysis centers.

Mentor and educate medical students, residents, and fellows
Participate in academic and clinical initiatives within the department
Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Nephrology
Open to candidates of all experience levels, including newly graduating fellows
Active Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain one
