Plant Maintenance Millwright Night Shift

Industrial Plant MechanicWe are looking for an Industrial Plant Mechanic in Tampa FL.The Industrial Plant Mechanic is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and maximize equipment availability through the use of efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs. This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally-sound maintenance activities.ResponsibilitiesWork with and repair three phase, controls, and electrical systems.Repair pneumatic systems including compressors, dryers, and solenoid valves.Repair conveyor components, splicing belts, tracking belts, and belt components.Repair water systems, bladder tanks, and booster pumps.Welding various items around the plant, i.e., cutting, ox and acc.Report equipment breakdowns to generate work orders.Prepare work ordersKeeps the equipment being operated, clean and safe.QualificationsWorking knowledge of three phase electrical systemsWorking knowledge of compressors, dryers and other similar types of machinery.Working knowledge of conveyor systems and belts.Must be able to working at heights, climbing, and working in the heat.Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and climb to heights of at least 50 feet frequently.Able to speak clearly and listen attentivelyMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.Able to work 12 hr. plus shifts as needed.Able to work nights and weekends as needed.Required Experience:At least 2 to 5 years' experience as a mechanic working on production environment.History of working safely.Titan Florida LLC is a leading environmentally? and socially progressive heavy building materials company located in the eastern United States.
