City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
Active Level IV Security License
Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
