We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Starbucks Baristas (Starbucks located inside Hen House) to join our team. In this role, you'll craft high-quality, handcrafted beverages and deliver a welcoming, caf-style experience-serving as a daily touchpoint that builds guest connection, supports sales, and keeps our coffeehouse running smoothly.

Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items to company recipe and presentation standards

Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service at all times to create a welcoming coffeehouse experience

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe coffeehouse and work area

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards

Operate POS systems, scanners, and related equipment accurately

Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using FIFO methods to ensure freshness and minimize waste

Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items to leadership

Stay informed on promotions, seasonal beverages, and store initiatives

Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership to support smooth daily operations

Collaborate with other departments to support overall store performance and guest satisfaction

Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies and procedures

Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments
