High school diploma or GED, Associate’s degree or higher is a plus

Previous customer service experience is preferred

ability to work with Windows PC and multiple web-based applications

8AM – 5PM, M-F and 9AM – 1PM on Saturdays

Position: Part-Time Teller

Part-Time Teller

CSE Federal Credit Union has a great opportunity for a friendly, professional, service-minded individual who thrives on building relationships with others and serving our community. They listen, learn about their financial journey and provide recommendations for solutions to best meet their needs.

Provide service support to members in a manner that is professional, friendly and compliant with all regulations, policies and procedures. In doing so, the Teller will recommend and refer services to Members that best fit their financial needs.

Duties include but are not limited to accepting and accurately processing all financial service transactions while maintaining responsibility for balancing a cash drawer; assisting our members with a variety of deposit-related transactions including cashing checks, applying deposits, making loan payments and updating member records; promoting the credit union through exceptional service. Tellers will use various computer applications and web-based programs to process transactions and solve problems.

Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred

ability to work with Windows PC and multiple web-based applications

Familiarity with banking software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
