Head of Engineering Programme Management

In this role, you won't just manage projects, you'll turn vision into reality . You'll partner across a matrixed engineering organization to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions that meet customer needs- on time and within budget . Partner with Business Development and Sales to develop cost estimates, timelines, and risk assessments for new programs

Manage complexity: Translate evolving customer needs into actionable engineering plans across multiple concurrent projects

Mitigate risks: Lead risk, issue, and opportunity management with clear mitigation strategies and timely escalation

Provide transparent, metrics-driven updates on program health (cost, schedule, scope, risks) to internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years leading programs/projects in a mixed hardware/software environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Broad exposure across engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, systems, software), plus quality, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• PMP Certification

Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, AgilePM, PMI-ACP)
