It’s ideal for an RN who values variety, meaningful patient interaction, and collaboration with a dedicated team committed to outstanding outcomes.Rooming patients, obtaining medical history* Perform vitals, blood draws, IVs, and assist with other in clinic testing such as respiratory function evaluations.* Process medication refills and follow up on provider results* Conduct nurse assessments and report findings to providers* Patient reminder and follow up calls* Triage patient needs and medication refills* Work alongside specialty providers and interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care!* Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers or specialists for further evaluation or treatment.* Our ENT & Lung Clinic is located in the Rock Building on the Logan Health campus at 350 Heritage Way, Kalispell, MT.Affordable Medical Benefits* Work life balance! No holidays, weekends or on call!* Four day per week schedule* 401(k) with generous immediate employer match* Logan Health Fitness Center Membership Discount - half off* Tuition Reimbursement Program* A supportive, mission-driven nursing culture focused on quality, compassion and person-centered care!**Qualifications:*** Current Montana RN License **or** a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing experience preferred.* RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.* Possess and maintain computer skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software as needed.**Develops an individualized plan of care for each patient and updates the plan throughout the visit as appropriate.* Independently reviews medication lists and provides ongoing medication or treatment education at the directive of physician or advanced practice provider.* Coordinates with healthcare team to provide continuity of care.* Utilizes department Standard of Care and individualizes care provided on an on-going basis per department standards.* Shift:**Day Shift - 9 Hours (United States of America)**Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 9-hour day shifts. Closed on weekends and holidays. Shifts could include days between Monday - Friday.**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
