Village Caregiving - Eau Claire In Home CaregiverVillage Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking an In Home Caregiver for their Medford, WI location. This individual will provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes. This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible schedule. The caregiver will be responsible for helping clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be dedicated to providing quality care.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15 to $20, depending on experience and qualifications.The caregiver will be paid semi-monthly and will also have the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.Responsibilities:Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes.Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes.Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience as a caregiver preferred.We value diversity and inclusion in all aspects of employment.
