As a Security Officer Entry Authorization in North Canton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will manage access points, verify credentials, monitor entry activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Through a visible, professional presence, you will help deter incidents while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovation.
Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access control points at a telecommunications and media location; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, telecommunications equipment areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Follow Allied Universal and site-specific protocols for key, badge, and visitor management while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive operational information.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
