Warehouse Operator

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support production operations, maintain quality standards, and contribute to a safe and efficient plant environment.

Shift Schedule and Pay

1. nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm (5 × 8‑hour shifts)
2. rd Shift – Monday night to Friday morning, 9:00 pm to 7:00 am (4 × 10‑hour shifts)

The starting pay is $24.21 per hour with shift differentials, and the rate may increase to $27.05 per hour.

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently receive, stock, fill orders, and ship products.

Operate power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch orders.

Operate power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stock.

Pack and check material for shipment.

Work at elevated heights (up to approximately 25 feet) on equipment and platforms while wearing a full body harness.

Perform all duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED completed prior to start.

Or at least 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work the 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on availability.

Willingness to work overtime or holidays as needed.

Prior experience in a warehouse operations role.

Experience operating a forklift.

Experience working at elevated heights.

Demonstrated attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic computer skills.
