Temporary ICU/PCU RN

Registered NurseThis position is for a float nurse in an acuity adaptable unit. Patients will range from medical-surgical to PCU/stepdown/ICU level of care. The role may include floating to a PCU unit if necessary. The unit operates under a team nursing model, sometimes involving collaboration with LPNs. Teamwork is essential as the unit supports a high number of admissions and discharges. Comfort in managing patients requiring a variety of care levels is critical. The RN must be adaptable and ready to respond to changes in patient needs and staffing levels.
