Provide hands-on respiratory care — nebs, assessments, airway clearance, and more

Track resident progress and adjust care plans over time

Partner directly with nursing and physicians to improve outcomes

Be the respiratory expert in the building

Active state and national RT license in good standing (RRT or CRT)

Graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program

ACLS if working ventilator units (or within 6 months of hire)

Autonomy — you're the respiratory lead in the building

Support — we handle the backend (billing, scheduling, compliance) so you can focus on care

Schedule: Depends on FT/PRN status; 7 am - 7 pm shifts

Frequent walking, standing, reaching and handling of respiratory equipment throughout the day
