This position is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key milestones during your first year!
• n \n Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life

• n Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• n Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
