Registered Nurse (RN) - Shift Care

Assess critical care situations to determine the best course of action for patient support, monitoring, and treatment.
Utilize critical thinking skills to manage adult or pediatric patients who are critically ill or injured, supporting physicians’ orders.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑stocked aircraft environment, conducting regular equipment and base checks in compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners through professional communication.
Share shift change information, follow protocols, and maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with regulations.
Maintain required certifications and ongoing training to ensure competence and compliance.
Role: Flight Nurse Qualifications & Skills Minimum of three years' experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
Current RN license in applicable states.
EMT and Trauma Certifications as required by state(s).
Mandatory certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (NRP provided during training).
Certified Registered Flight Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
Preferred: prior flight experience, instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS.
