Bilingual Recruiter - Full Time
$30 - $36 per hourEmployers Overload

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Beaverton, Oregon. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment process, including attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet clients' staffing needs.
Develop and implement strategic recruiting methods to identify and attract top talent.
Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, company website).
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and third-party recruiting resources.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence related to recruiting.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Positive and professional attitude with a passion for helping people find career opportunities.
