Varying Shifts

The Shift Lead oversees daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring staff performance, safety, and service meet company standards. This on-site leader guides and supports team members, serves as the link between staff and management, and helps coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain smooth, efficient shift operations in fast-paced environments.

Eligible for registration under ORC Chapter 4749 as an employee of Security Engineers' Ohio-licensed security guard agency.

Must be at least 18 years old

Patrol & Surveillance

Monitor surveillance systems for threats or suspicious activity

Perform routine security tasks (e.g., Customer Service & Policy Enforcement

Enforce site-specific Post Orders and security protocols

Ensure compliance with SEI and client policies (e.g., Ensure protocol and customer service standards are met

Assist with scheduling and shift coverage

Climb at least 20 commercial facility stairs without stopping

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience

3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
Eligible for registration under employer's Ohio security guard agency license (ORC Ch. Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K/403b Plan

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift , 2nd Shift , 3rd Shift , School Hours , Weekends , Summers .
