HR Generalist - Employee Relations and Compliance
Plumas District Hospital
Eaton’s AER MSD Mission System Division is seeking a Human Resources Generalist based in Davenport, IA. The role supports hourly recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations, coordinating with centralized HR to ensure engagement and retention.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of HR experience; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and PHR/SPHR preferred. Local residency required with 70-mile radius. Benefits and U.S. employment considerations apply.
