This is a critical role responsible for ensuring that all incoming components meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and compliance. This role will also be responsible for supporting the building of the incoming inspection process for the Mosel plant.In this Quality Engineering position, you will support or oversee inspection operations across multiple shifts, own the Material Review Board (MRB) process, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supplier quality and internal efficiency. structures risk and accounts for information uncertainty in decision makingOwns the MRB process end to end; accountable for disposition quality and cycle timeIdentifies and executes Continuous Improvement initiatives; experienced in a direct or matrix quality supervision roleUses business acumen to influence decisions of a strategic or complex natureSenior Staff Engineer — typically 8+ years of experienceExecutes projects applying new technologies with unique integration; contributes to strategic and tactical plansOptimizes quality based on statistical and reliability analysis; serves as a key problem-solving resource, often at the multi-site levelPerforms root cause analysis using advanced tools such as DOE, Shainin, and DFSS;
