LPN Medication Nurse

As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)
Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates
Active LPN license in good standing
CPR and First Aid certification
Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
