Busser/Food Runner - Dinner Shift

The Convenience Cart Attendant provides an outstanding customer experience for members and guests by selling food and beverage products on the course.
Offer members and guests the opportunity to obtain and enjoy food and beverages while in the process of playing golf or enjoying other events. Maintain a polite and friendly manner to provide high quality service
Assist in other ways such as directions to the restroom, club house, etc.
Stock carts with food, beverage, ice, and transaction supplies
Collect payments and accurately reconcile daily bank at the conclusion of each shift. Process all business for the day and deposit in designated area
Operate golf carts within guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure proper safety to avoid accidents
Safely secure all products on cart including cash bank, keys, etc. Document spills and waste of product and daily par versus usage sheets
Clean and sanitize cart of all food, ice, and trash at the end of each shift. Maintain good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas of the club and assure others are acting safely

Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state law
Skills/Abilities/Personal Characteristics:
Knowledge of Food Service Regulations
Customer Service
Evening, weekend, and holiday work will be required
