Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.

Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.

Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.

Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.

Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Helping Hands Family Base Salary Range

$This includes Social Security and identity verification, reference checks, criminal history check, fingerprint screening, and any other relevant checks to ensure the safety and well-being of the children we serve. HHF does not provide immigration sponsorship for any roles at this time.
