Full Time & Part Time Schedules Available
Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Has at least 6 months experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
New grads allowed (however must be willing to take up a full-time position)
Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members
In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
We are a 173-bed facility offering long term care and short term stay
