Merchants Building Maintenance, LLC is a reliable, responsive commercial cleaning company and a full‑service, family‑owned and operated provider in the Southwestern US. We are a certified woman‑owned business (WBENC) and have grown to serve 6,000+ team members. Our mission is to excel in all that we do for our customers, employees, suppliers, and communities by continuously improving the quality and value of our services. The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly environment. This includes routine cleaning, waste removal, and ensuring all assigned areas meet company and client standards.
General Cleaning Duties
Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Restroom Maintenance
Trash & Waste Removal
Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely
Report hazards, damages, or maintenance issues promptly
Quality Standards
Ensure all areas meet client expectations and inspection standards
Performance Expectations
Professional behavior on client sites
Travel Required
Travel is required.
