Deliver comprehensive, ongoing health care for individuals and families at all life stages, from pediatric to geriatric.
Oversee management of chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute health issues, and mental well-being with a patient-first mindset.
Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide complete care.
Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to ensure accurate and current patient documentation.
Provide patient care both in person and through virtual platforms to suit individual preferences.
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active California medical license.
Proficient diagnostic capabilities and clinical experience with a focus on preventive and proactive health care.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in EMRs and telehealth technologies.
