General Production Worker
Join a dynamic team that manufactures ink for various industries. As a General Production Worker, you will operate machinery to fill and seal containers with ink and assist in the Production department as needed.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery to fill and seal ink containers.
Assist in the Shipping/Receiving department as necessary.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Participate in packaging and warehouse duties.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift 45 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable working with substances such as solvents, resins, alcohol, lubricants, and dyes.
- Ability to work independently following written and verbal instructions.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
~ Proficiency in operating general office equipment such as telephones, copiers, faxes, and computers.

Work Environment
Work in a small warehouse/production environment with a team of 5-10 people. Expect an ink-scented atmosphere and occasional ink contact on clothing. Uniforms and steel-toed shoes are provided. The facility can become warm in the summer, with fans and air exchangers to moderate temperatures. The shift runs from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime. Flexibility to adjust work hours during hot days is appreciated. Enjoy a laid-back, team-oriented environment where collaboration and individual contribution are valued.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring Lake Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
