Tech Aptitude: Comfortable navigating computers, CRM platforms (AgencyZoom), and modern digital tools.
Licensing: Willingness and ability to obtain your Texas Property & Casualty (and Life/Health) insurance license (we provide full resources and guidance).
Location: Ability to work full-time on-site at our Plano, TX location (5600 Tennyson Pkwy).
Eligibility: High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree or professional experience is a plus); ability to pass a standard state insurance background check.

As an Insurance Sales Advisor, a typical day includes:

Daily Huddle: Participate in morning team huddles to align on goals, review best practices, and maintain high-performance momentum.
Consultative Outreach: Use our modern CRM (AgencyZoom) and inbound leads to connect with prospective local families and business owners over the phone.
Educate prospective clients on risk and total protection focusing on value, advocacy, and financial security rather than cheap, lowest price quoting.
Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a steady pipeline of prospects using our automated lead-generation workflows and CRM systems.
Client Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor who advocates for clients before, during, and after policy issuance.
Engage in ongoing coaching, product training, and sales mastery programs to grow as a professional.
