Part‑time Phlebotomist

Reproductive Medicine Institute: 2425 W. 22nd Street, Suite 200, Oak Brook, IL 60523.

Part‑time 12 hours per week - Mon, Wed, Fri 7:00 am - 11:00 am.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and promptly.

Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Travel to additional sites when required.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program, or at least 3 months of experience as a phlebotomist.

One year or more of phlebotomy experience.

Phlebotomy certification or training program must be from an accredited agency.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

17.50 - $24.50 per hour.

Employees scheduled under 20 hours or casual, intern, temporary, and 7 on/7 off schedules receive a 401(k) plan, with 7 on/7 off schedule excluding PTO/FTO.

Eligible employees may receive a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
