Dentistry of the Carolinas
We're seeking to hire a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our Monroe team! Prior dental or orthodontic office experience is preferred but not required -we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to manage a busy, multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
Comfort learning new software; experience with Open Dental or similar systems is a plus
An organized, proactive mindset and willingness to help wherever needed
Understanding of HIPAA privacy policies (training provided)
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Dental or orthodontic office experience required
Schedule & Benefits: This is a full-time position , Monday–Thursday with select Fridays.
